This role involves leading and collaborating on projects within the Competence Center Test for the German Federal Pension Insurance (DRV Bund). You will be responsible for the technical provision, operation, and strategic coordination of test automation and test management tools across various departments. Day-to-day duties include evaluating testing processes, managing ISIP security processes for assigned tools, and facilitating the implementation of agile working methods. You will represent the organization's IT interests in internal and cross-carrier committees, ensuring high quality standards for IT procedures. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor or Diploma) in IT, or a comparable IT qualification/vocational training, or several years of equivalent practical IT experience. ISTQB certification is desirable.

Experience

  • Long-standing professional experience in test management and working with test management and test automation tools.
  • Several years of experience using development-relevant tools such as Visual Studio, Git, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Current experience in developing test cases using Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) frameworks.
  • Practical experience in IT projects and the creation of technical documentation.
  • Experience in project management and knowledge transfer is preferred.
