Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical support and hardware management for a major IT service provider's end customer, the DLR. Your daily activities will include installing and configuring client hardware, performing rollouts, and conducting technical function tests. You will act as a primary point of contact for users in Windows environments, handling service requests, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining asset data within ticket systems. Additionally, you will support network projects by installing and expanding network components and configuring peripherals like printers and scanners. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), IT Systems Electronician, or a comparable technical qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience with Windows clients and hardware troubleshooting
  • Practical experience with network components and infrastructure expansion
  • Experience in user support and service request handling
  • Experience working with MS Server operating systems and Linux environments
  • Experience in hardware rollouts and technical function testing
