Job Summary

As a Specialist Planner in Dresden, you will join one of Germany's largest planning firms to design and oversee innovative building services projects. Your daily work involves the independent planning and construction of telecommunications and information technology systems across all HOAI performance phases (1–9). You will focus specifically on systems such as fire alarms, voice alarms, intrusion detection, video surveillance, access control, and data networks. Working within a collaborative 44-person local team, you will apply BIM and LEAN methodologies to high-profile projects in the cultural, educational, and industrial sectors. This role is particularly attractive due to its flexible working model, offering 38-hour weeks, part-time options, and two days of mobile work per week, all within a flat-hierarchy environment that prioritizes sustainability and professional development.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification. Certification according to DIN 14675 (Fire Alarm and Voice Alarm Systems) is desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a specialist planner, site supervisor, or technical construction manager
  • Experience in the planning and construction of telecommunications and information technology systems
  • Professional experience in applying BIM and LEAN methodologies within the planning process
  • Experience working with modeling software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or DDS-CAD
