Job Summary

This full-time Postdoctoral position at the University Hospital Bonn (UKB) offers a unique opportunity to conduct high-impact research within the Translational Dementia Research Group. Working in collaboration with the German Center of Neurodegenerative Diseases (DZNE), the successful candidate will investigate molecular drivers of Alzheimer’s disease and Frontotemporal Dementia. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing statistical analyses for multi-omics data (proteomics, genomics, transcriptomics), interpreting complex results, and designing research to improve early detection of neurodegenerative diseases. The role is highly collaborative, requiring the presentation of findings at international conferences and the drafting of scientific manuscripts. Required Skills

Education

University degree (PhD) in biomedical sciences, bioinformatics, or a similar subject.

Experience
