Job Summary
This role involves the technical management of building maintenance projects specifically for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Sanitary) systems for the City of Pforzheim. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the independent planning and execution of municipal construction projects, ensuring they meet economic, technical, and scheduling targets. Your daily activities will include coordinating maintenance measures, developing maintenance standards for urban properties, and overseeing construction quality, costs, and timelines. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience in HVAC or facility management

- Experience in planning and leading construction or maintenance projects
- Proven track record in quality, schedule, and cost control within building management
