Job Summary

As a Project Manager and Business Analyst specializing in Reporting at ROSSMANN, you will serve as the bridge between technical operations and business stakeholders within the Customer Support & Operations (CSO) department. Your daily responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and designing intuitive performance analytics dashboards and KPIs. You will be hands-on with the ServiceNow platform, configuring reports and collaborating closely with development teams to ensure high data quality and functional excellence. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy a mix of strategic conceptualization and practical system configuration. Beyond technical execution, you will act as a central point of contact for reporting queries, conducting user training, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, ServiceNow Consultant, or in a comparable role
  • Proven experience in the conception and implementation of reports and dashboards within ServiceNow
  • Professional experience in requirement analysis and translating business needs into technical specifications
  • Experience in creating process and system documentation

Languages

German (Fluent)English (Basic)

Additional

  • The position is initially limited to a two-year fixed-term contract. Requires the ability to work in a 50% mobile/hybrid work model based in Burgwedel (near Hanover).
