Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join ROSSMANN's headquarters in Burgwedel near Hanover, where you will play a pivotal role in bringing the company's first humanoid robot, the Walker S2, to life. As a Robotics Developer, you will be responsible for the technical commissioning of the system within a logistics center, moving it from the experimental phase into productive operation. Your day-to-day will involve developing control logic, interfaces, and applications to adapt the robot's capabilities to real-world logistics requirements. You will work in a highly interdisciplinary environment, collaborating with AI and Tech Exploration teams to bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and operational utility. This role is unique as it allows you to shape a 'greenfield' project, transforming an innovative pilot into a sustainable logistics solution. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics, or a comparable qualification; alternatively, a technical vocational training with relevant professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the technical implementation of robotics or automation projects, preferably in logistics or industrial applications
  • Proven experience in programming for robotics, automation, or embedded systems
  • Experience working in interdisciplinary teams involving IT, AI, and operational departments
  • Experience coordinating with external service providers and manufacturers for technical integration
