As an IT Client Support Specialist based in Frankfurt am Main, you will join a team of specialists dedicated to maintaining highly complex client environments at Frankfurt Airport. Your daily responsibilities will involve providing both remote and on-site 1st and 2nd level support, managing service requests and incidents through ticketing tools, and ensuring IT services for hardware and software meet defined SLAs. You will also be responsible for installing and delivering IT hardware, managing user rights and group policies via Active Directory, and handling software distribution, patch management, and antivirus systems. This role is ideal for a service-oriented professional with a strong technical background in Windows environments. The position is offered as a full-time, permanent contract through a staffing agency with a clear option for permanent takeover by the client. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Practical experience applying established IT processes and service concepts
  • Experience in managing user rights, groups, and software distribution (e.g., Active Directory)
  • Background in supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft client applications
