You will be responsible for coordinating fault rectification, communicating with users, and managing incidents and service requests within Microsoft environments. Key tasks include managing end-users, supporting clients, and resolving complex technical issues in collaboration with specialized teams while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Computer Science or a comparable IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Specialist for Application Development, or IT Systems Engineer).

Experience

  • Initial practical experience in operating complex IT infrastructures
  • Professional experience with ITIL processes, specifically Incident and Change Management
  • Experience in supporting Windows Clients and Windows Server systems
  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Exchange, or SCCM
