As an IT Service Desk Specialist based in Berlin, you will serve as the primary technical contact for both national and international support requests via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full lifecycle of user inquiries—from initial contact and error analysis to the implementation of technical solutions. You will also handle client installation and administration, conduct user training, and take on smaller project responsibilities.
