Job Summary

As an IT Field Service Technician in Hamburg, you will be the primary point of contact for end-user hardware and software support within a 2nd level environment. Your daily responsibilities involve the 'Install, Move, Add, Change' (IMAC) lifecycle for devices including notebooks, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. You will also provide 'Smart Hand' support for server and network issues, ensuring the operation of redundant network environments. Beyond hardware, you will handle application installations, data backups, and mobile device management. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys onsite support and troubleshooting. The position offers a long-term perspective through a temporary-to-permanent contract model with a nationwide service provider, featuring flexible working hours, agile methodologies, and flat hierarchies in a professional IT setting.
