Job Summary

This part-time role (10 hours per week) at the Mittweida University of Applied Sciences involves coordinating clinical studies and evaluating digital health applications within the MiHUB project. You will be responsible for the end-to-end organization of study preparation and execution, including data screening, structured documentation, and deadline management. A significant portion of the role focuses on testing eHealth and therapeutic medical devices, where you will plan evaluation processes, collect feedback, and implement quality assurance measures. You will act as a vital interface between internal teams and external medical partners, while also supporting student teams and managing compliance with data protection regulations (GDPR). Required Skills

Education

University degree (Bachelor/Master) in Health Sciences, Public Health, Medical Informatics, or a comparable field; or a completed vocational qualification in a healthcare profession with equivalent skills.

Experience

  • Professional experience in study or project coordination, preferably within a healthcare or research context
  • Experience in evaluation, testing, or feedback management for digital applications
  • Experience with participatory methods such as workshops and user acceptance testing
  • Proven competence in initial patient contact, including structured anamnesis and screening
  • Experience in coaching or supporting student teams and managing academic deliverables

  • Must possess a permit under the German Health Practitioner Act (HeilprG) or a sectoral health practitioner permit limited to Physiotherapy. Position is part-time (10h/week) and fixed-term until July 31, 2028.
