As a Recruiting Specialist at the Nuremberg Institute of Technology, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from drafting job advertisements to final hiring. A central part of your daily work involves advising managers and staff on employment law, specifically regarding the TV-L collective agreement. You will be responsible for evaluating legal conditions for employment contracts, such as fixed-term justifications and funding possibilities, while also handling salary grading (Eingruppierung). Beyond administrative duties, you will actively contribute to the digitalization and optimization of recruitment workflows. Required Skills
