Job Summary

As the Head of Automation in Düren, you will take on both disciplinary and technical leadership of the automation department, ensuring team development and structured task management. Your daily responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and monitoring automation projects while maintaining responsibility for quality, deadlines, and costs throughout all project phases. You will be instrumental in developing software standards for PLC and robotic systems, collaborating closely with mechanical and electrical design teams to create holistic automation concepts. This role is highly dynamic, involving the creation of visualization solutions, interface concepts for plant components, and supporting commissioning both in-house and at customer sites.
