Job Summary

This eight-week intensive trainee program is designed for graduates looking to launch a career in electrical hardware design or PLC programming. Based in various locations across North Rhine-Westphalia, participants will receive hands-on training from experts in hardware planning for energy and control systems. The curriculum focuses on mastering EPLAN for electrical construction and the Siemens TIA Portal for automation programming and visualization. Following the initial training phase, you will transition into a role as an Electrical Designer or PLC Programmer, working on local projects near your place of residence. The position is ideal for those who value professional development, offering a structured path into engineering with the support of a digital learning platform and personal coaching. The role combines traditional engineering with digital future technologies in a stable, family-run company environment.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics, or alternatively a Bachelor Professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience gained through internships or a final thesis within an industrial environment
  • Initial experience in electrical planning or PLC programming is preferred but can be adjusted for in the training program
  • Experience in mechatronics or electrical systems through academic studies
