As the Site Lead Technician and Facility Manager for MEDIAN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity of a medical rehabilitation facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of electrical, heating, ventilation, and telecommunications systems. Beyond hands-on technical work, you will lead a team of technical staff, coordinate external service providers, and manage documentation via IT systems. The role also includes maintaining outdoor areas and participating in a technical on-call rotation. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or equivalent).

Experience

  • Professional experience in facility management or building technology is preferred
  • Experience in personnel management and staff scheduling
  • Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical and building systems
  • Experience in coordinating and monitoring external service and maintenance companies
  • Practical experience in troubleshooting technical installations and systems
