Job Summary
As the Site Lead Technician and Facility Manager for MEDIAN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational integrity of a medical rehabilitation facility. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve overseeing the maintenance, repair, and servicing of electrical, heating, ventilation, and telecommunications systems. Beyond hands-on technical work, you will lead a team of technical staff, coordinate external service providers, and manage documentation via IT systems. The role also includes maintaining outdoor areas and participating in a technical on-call rotation. This position is ideal for a proactive professional with an electrical background who enjoys a mix of leadership and practical troubleshooting. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering (e.g., Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Energy and Building Technology, or equivalent).
Experience
- Professional experience in facility management or building technology is preferred
- Experience in personnel management and staff scheduling
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of electrical and building systems
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring external service and maintenance companies
- Practical experience in troubleshooting technical installations and systems
Languages
Additional
- Valid Class B/BE driver's license required. Must be willing to participate in regular on-call technical standby services and winter maintenance duties as needed.
