Job Summary

As a Responsible Qualified Electrician (VEFK) in Frankfurt am Main, you will take on technical accountability for the electrotechnical operations within the German Traffic Control Center. Your daily responsibilities will involve ensuring the safe and compliant operation of electrical systems, creating operational instructions, and conducting risk assessments. You will independently manage maintenance, repair, and framework contracts while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners. This role is unique as it offers the stability of a federal government-owned company (Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes) while placing you in a high-responsibility position overseeing critical infrastructure. Required Skills

Education

State-certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfter Techniker) or an equivalent qualification acquired through extensive professional experience.

Experience

  • Professional experience in electrotechnical operations and safety
  • Experience in creating work and operating instructions
  • Proven expertise in DIN VDE and DGUV regulations through VEFK training or equivalent practice
  • Experience in handling maintenance and framework contracts
  • Experience in team-oriented and collaborative environments

Languages

German (Fluent)

  • Valid Class B driver's license required; Readiness for on-call duty (Rufbereitschaft); Position is in a sensitive area requiring reliability checks; Location: Frankfurt am Main.
