As a Network System Engineer in Salzgitter, you will play a vital role in supporting the network environments of major German automotive and commercial vehicle manufacturers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve operating Cisco-based routing and switching systems, managing access technology across copper and fiber optics, and actively participating in diverse network projects. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist / Fachinformatiker) or a comparable qualification. CCNA certification is considered a beneficial additional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in managing and operating network environments
- Experience in operating Cisco-based routing and switching systems
- Practical experience with copper and fiber optic access technology
- Experience in handling network troubleshooting and incident response via ticketing systems

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Flexibility for shift work scheduled between Monday and Saturday is necessary.
