As an Onsite IT Support Technician in Walsrode, you will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance within a leading European IT service provider. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in onsite support for hardware and operating systems
- Practical experience working with IT ticketing systems
- Demonstrated expertise in current Windows operating system environments
- Hands-on experience with network switching across Layers 1 through 3
