Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician / Onsite Support Specialist in Moers, you will play a vital role in driving digital transformation for an industry leader. Your daily responsibilities will involve managing end-user devices, including installation, repair, and replacement, while providing direct hardware and software support to users on-site. You will handle 1st and 2nd level IT support tickets and assist with various IT projects and rollouts. A unique aspect of this role includes providing occasional site coverage in Marl and Herne. Required Skills
Education

Experience

- Practical experience with Windows operating systems and MS Office environments
- Experience participating in IT projects and rollouts
Languages

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to provide occasional site representation in Marl and Herne. Position is full-time and permanent.
