Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Support Technician in Gernsbach, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for IT challenges within a leading IT consultancy. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve handling first and second-level support requests, collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure system stability. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of end-user hardware, including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones, as well as managing software images and virtual desktop infrastructures (VDI). Beyond reactive troubleshooting, you will proactively identify process improvements, document technical trends, and contribute to various IT projects. Required Skills

Education

Experience
