Job Summary
As an IT Service Desk Technician in Bonn, you will serve as the primary point of contact for internal customers, managing the full lifecycle of IT requests and incidents. Your daily responsibilities include setting up, installing, and maintaining hardware such as PCs, network components, monitors, and printers. You will be responsible for administering Microsoft Active Directory Services (ADS) and Office 365, while ensuring that incoming tickets are correctly prioritized, categorized, and escalated to second-level support when necessary. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys high levels of personal responsibility and working with modern IT infrastructure. Required Skills
Education

Experience
- Professional experience in an IT Service Desk environment
- Practical experience in the administration of desktop PCs, laptops, and printers
- Experience using IT ticketing systems for incident and service request management
- Experience with Microsoft Windows 11 and Office 365 applications
