Job Summary
As an IT Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end support and administration of client IT environments. Your daily activities include evaluating support requests within defined SLAs, performing hardware and software diagnostics, and developing tailored IT solutions. You will independently design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems while documenting processes in ticket systems and knowledge bases. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support with sound knowledge of Windows Client and Server environments
- Practical experience in firewall management or IT security
- Proven experience in the conception, introduction, and maintenance of IT solutions
- Experience in German-speaking customer support and system administration
