Job Summary
As an IT Solutions Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the digital evolution of BayernLB's service portals and AI applications. Your daily activities involve translating complex business requirements into robust technical designs, specifically focusing on the Labo-Serviceportal and the #client.next customer portal. You will take ownership of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 and Power Apps, while managing budget planning and cost controlling for your assigned projects. A significant portion of the role involves steering external IT service providers and ensuring compliance with agile project frameworks and regulatory standards. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification such as Banking Apprenticeship with targeted further training.
Experience
- Initial professional experience in project work and measures management
- Experience in transferring business requirements into technical solution designs
- Demonstrated experience with the Microsoft product portfolio, specifically Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
- Experience in steering external IT service providers and contract management
