This role involves shaping the future of the University of Hildesheim by planning, controlling, and supervising new construction and renovation projects focused on electrical engineering and building automation. You will act as the representative of the university, managing relationships with external planning offices, specialist companies, and internal users to ensure projects are completed from conception to handover. A key focus is on implementing energy-efficient and sustainable building technologies. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Technology, or a related engineering field; alternatively, a qualification as a State-Certified Technician (Staatlich geprüfte/r Techniker/in).

Experience

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in building-related planning services
  • Several years of professional experience in the planning, control, or implementation of electrical construction projects
  • Proven experience in technical building equipment or the construction industry
  • Experience in managing external planning offices and executing companies
