Job Summary

As an IT Application Support Specialist for Clinical Systems, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of hospital information systems (HIS) and related applications. Your day-to-day activities will involve performing error analyses, managing patches, and overseeing system releases to ensure high availability. You will provide critical 2nd and 3rd-level support to users, proactively monitor data flows, and manage HL7 interfaces via Cloverleaf. A significant part of the role includes administering digital archive systems and the telematics infrastructure, including connectors and certificates.
