This role involves providing critical technical support within a production environment in Morsbach, focusing on shopfloor hardware. As an IT Systems Electronics Technician, you will be responsible for the exchange and commissioning of industrial PCs, scanners, and BDE terminals. Your day-to-day tasks include checking power and network connections, performing restarts, and conducting error analyses to ensure smooth operations. You will work closely with the IT service desk and maintenance teams to resolve hardware issues efficiently. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT System Electronics Technician (IT-System-Elektroniker), IT Technician, Network Technician, or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience as an IT Systems Electronics Technician, System Integration Specialist, or IT Service Technician
- Experience in technical support for production-related hardware and shopfloor environments
- Proven experience in hardware maintenance, basic networking, and fault diagnosis
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment is highly preferred
