Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to participate in a large-scale digital transformation project within the healthcare sector. As a Working Student for the GFO DiMIT team, you will be a key player in a major IT rollout, assisting in the replacement of over 1,000 client devices across various clinic locations. Your day-to-day activities will involve the physical installation and commissioning of workstations, performing functional tests on hardware, and documenting equipment changes. You will work closely with the OnSite Support team, gaining firsthand experience in how IT infrastructure supports critical healthcare processes. This position is ideal for students looking for practical, hands-on technical experience in a professional environment. The role is initially limited to a two-month period starting in May, requiring 15-20 hours per week. It is a perfect fit for someone who is technically minded, reliable, and enjoys working in a team-oriented, service-driven atmosphere.

Required Skills

Education

Currently enrolled student, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a technical degree program.

Experience

  • Professional experience or basic knowledge in technical computer workstation setups

  • Experience in organizational tasks and structured documentation

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license and willingness to travel between various clinic locations in the Bonn area is mandatory. Position is temporary for approximately two months starting in May.
