Job Summary

This role involves providing direct, hands-on technical support for a leading European IT service provider located near Potsdamer Platz. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, which include setting up and dismantling workstations, managing hardware, and troubleshooting technical issues directly for end-users. You will also be responsible for installing, imaging, and wiping laptops, as well as managing conference room technology and processing incidents and service requests through a ticketing system. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT Systems Integration or a similar field and possesses strong customer service skills. This position is particularly attractive due to its location in a modern workspace, the potential for permanent employment with a major IT firm, flat hierarchies, and a generous vacation policy of up to 30 days starting from the probationary period.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for Systems Integration, IT Systems Electronician, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in onsite IT support
  • Experience handling standard IT hardware and user support
  • Experience working with IT ticketing systems for incident management

Languages

German (Fluent)

Additional

  • Valid Class B driver's license required. Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Friday).
