Job Summary

This role involves providing direct, hands-on technical support for a leading European IT service provider located near Potsdamer Platz. On a day-to-day basis, you will handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services, which include setting up and dismantling workstations, managing hardware, and troubleshooting technical issues directly for end-users. You will also be responsible for installing, imaging, and wiping laptops, as well as managing conference room technology and processing incidents and service requests through a ticketing system. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT Systems Integration or a similar field and possesses strong customer service skills.
