As the Head of AI Factory, you will lead an international, multi-disciplinary engineering organization dedicated to delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions. Your daily responsibilities involve translating high-level business priorities into actionable execution plans, shaping AI architecture standards, and overseeing the implementation of scalable platforms. You will guide senior engineers, manage an AI roadmap with measurable milestones, and ensure the deployment of production-grade products such as LLMs and agentic solutions. This role is highly strategic, requiring you to build a centralized AI platform that reduces technical debt while aligning with cybersecurity and data functions. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
