Job Summary
As a global leader in energy technology, this role offers the opportunity to shape the energy transition by taking full strategic and operational responsibility for the Power Quality business segment. You will lead international teams across multiple locations, overseeing a sophisticated portfolio that includes STATCOM, SVC, and MSCDN systems. Your day-to-day will involve developing market strategies, managing global partnerships, and ensuring successful project delivery within time and budget constraints. A key focus is the development of data-based business models and the expansion of a global service organization with P&L responsibility. This position is ideal for an experienced leader who combines deep technical expertise in power electronics and energy distribution with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- At least 10 years of experience in the international plant and solutions business for electrical power transmission, specifically in Power Quality
- Several years of leadership experience in international organizations with proven decision-making authority
- Extensive experience in managing complex project delivery, including budgets, quality, and risk management
- Proven track record in developing market and product strategies and building international partner networks

- Willingness for international travel is required. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead multi-site international teams and manage complex organizational structures.
