Job Summary

As a Process Chemistry Scientist at Bayer's Crop Science division, you will be responsible for the development, optimization, and scale-up of chemical production processes for agrochemical active ingredients. Your daily work involves designing new synthetic methods to improve yield, cost efficiency, and sustainability while ensuring process safety. You will bridge the gap between laboratory research and commercial manufacturing by transferring processes to pilot and production scales across global networks.
