Job Summary
As a Medical Scientific Liaison in the Oncology division, you will serve as a field-based scientific expert for the North Rhine-Westphalia region (specifically Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, and Mönchengladbach). Your primary focus will be on Uro-Oncology, where you will facilitate high-level scientific exchange with key thought leaders and medical societies. Day-to-day, you will translate complex clinical data into clear insights, respond to medical inquiries, and support the strategic planning of advisory boards and educational events. You will also play a critical role in identifying research opportunities and managing Investigator-Initiated Research (IIR) projects. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys building long-term scientific relationships and traveling within their assigned territory. Required Skills
Education
University degree in a natural science field; MD, PharmD, or PhD is preferred.
Experience
- Professional experience in a medical-scientific environment
- Previous experience as a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) is desirable
- Proven experience in analyzing and communicating complex scientific content
- Experience in presenting medical information to professional target groups
- Experience in managing field-based territories and stakeholder networks

Additional
- Willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time (including overnight stays); Location requirement: North Rhine-Westphalia (Cologne, Bonn, Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach).
