Job Summary

As a Building Automation Service Specialist, you will take independent responsibility for a dedicated customer base, ensuring the seamless operation of building management systems. Your day-to-day activities involve performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and developing specific technical solutions within the Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MSR) field. You will be responsible for programming and optimizing HVAC and individual room control systems, as well as creating visualizations on Building Management System (BMS) servers. This role requires a high degree of customer interaction, including conducting briefings, providing feedback on completed tasks, and identifying opportunities for service expansions. You will also coordinate with partner companies and participate in on-call rotations.
