Job Summary

As a PMO Manager for Digitalization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation landscape within the production facility. You will be responsible for establishing and evolving the Project Management Office, translating corporate guidelines into practical standards, processes, and structures for digital projects. Your day-to-day work involves ensuring consistency across project planning, execution, and controlling, while providing methodological support to project managers. You will act as a key contact for project management topics, lead the onboarding and training of teams on tools like Jira and Confluence, and maintain transparency across the entire digital project portfolio. This role is ideal for a structured, analytical professional who excels in communication and is passionate about driving digital culture and governance in an industrial environment. You will report directly to the Head of Digitalization, influencing the strategic direction of digital initiatives and ensuring sustainable project success.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in project management or PMO, specifically within digitalization or IT projects in a production environment
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing project management standards, templates, and processes
  • Practical experience in utilizing project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Experience in aligning local project requirements with corporate-level guidelines
