As a 1st Level Support Specialist for Network Infrastructure at DB InfraGO AG, you will be responsible for the continuous monitoring and state-supervision of nationwide network infrastructure within an Operation Center. Your daily routine involves overseeing critical IT systems including firewalls, servers, virtualization, switches, and operating systems to ensure safe railway operations. You will perform initial incident assessments, document findings in a ticketing system, and initiate troubleshooting measures based on established protocols. A key part of the role involves communicating with maintenance personnel and administrators throughout the incident management process.
