Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support for a leading IT solutions provider experiencing significant growth. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting IT users across Germany, managing approximately 2000 Windows 10 clients, and providing application support for Microsoft, Office 365, and Cisco VoIP. Key responsibilities include independent troubleshooting, documentation in a ticketing system, and central software distribution.
