Job Summary

As a Problem Manager and Analysis Expert within the Vehicle Programming team, you will be responsible for the expert analysis and management of all error tickets related to vehicle programming for current service packs. Your day-to-day involves organizing and moderating cross-departmental error resolution meetings, providing expert-level support for fault analysis, and ensuring the accurate representation of the defect landscape within management tools. You will play a critical role in tracking and driving the resolution of prioritized errors while reporting progress to module and project circles. This position is ideal for those with a strong background in automotive electrical/electronic systems and bus communication. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering with a focus on Information or Communication Technology, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Advanced professional experience in vehicle programming and automotive service processes.
  • Proven expertise in the analysis of automotive bus systems including CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet.
  • Experience in defect management, including organizing and moderating technical error resolution rounds.
  • Experience in reporting technical data to project and module management circles.
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR standards and SOME-IP communication protocols is preferred.
