As a Sales Steering Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our motorcycle dealer network. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve developing and executing network strategies, identifying and onboarding new retail partners, and fostering the growth and professional development of existing partners. You will act as a quality guardian by conducting mystery shopping exercises and performing retail standard audits to ensure consistency across the network. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills for partner interactions, and a deep understanding of the German motorcycle market. Required Skills
