Job Summary

As a Solution Manager for Finance and Information Management at BWI, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the digital future-readiness of the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr). Your day-to-day responsibilities involve the demand-oriented provision of complex IT solutions within approved budgets, monitoring cost developments, and managing external service providers. You will be responsible for planning IT architectures aligned with business processes, ensuring high service quality through SLAs and service reviews, and maintaining strict compliance with data protection and IT security standards. This role is unique as it offers the chance to work on one of Germany's largest and most complex IT infrastructures, contributing directly to national security. You will act as a strategic advisor to management, bridging the gap between technical requirements and business capabilities while leading projects for the continuous improvement of corporate IT solutions.
