Job Summary
This role is based at the Fertility Center at Welfenhof in Wiesbaden, one of Germany's leading reproductive medicine facilities. As a vital member of the IVF laboratory team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution and monitoring of IVF and ICSI processes. Your work will involve the cultivation, assessment, and selection of embryos using state-of-the-art laboratory techniques such as cryopreservation and micromanipulation. Precision and responsibility are paramount, as you will ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards while documenting treatment processes. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a comparable field; or completed vocational training as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MTL/MTLA) or Biological Technical Assistant (BTA).
Experience
- Professional experience in cell culture and standard laboratory techniques
- Previous experience in reproductive medicine or an IVF laboratory is preferred
- Experience in precise documentation and evaluation of treatment processes
- Proven ability to work independently and with high attention to detail
