Job Summary
As an IVF Laboratory professional at the Fertility Center at Welfenhof in Wiesbaden, you will play a pivotal role in assisting patients on their journey to parenthood. Your daily responsibilities include performing and monitoring complex IVF and ICSI procedures, cultivating and selecting embryos, and utilizing advanced laboratory techniques such as cryopreservation and micromanipulation. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest quality and hygiene standards while ensuring meticulous documentation of all treatment processes. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Biology or Biotechnology, or completed vocational training as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MTL/MTLA) or Biological Technical Assistant (BTA).
Experience
- Professional experience in cell culture and standard laboratory techniques
- Initial experience in reproductive medicine or an IVF laboratory setting is preferred
- Proven track record of working with high precision and structured workflows
- Experience in maintaining strict quality control and documentation standards
