Job Summary

This role involves leading the design, expansion, and modernization of the municipal inland port and its associated infrastructure for the City of Hildesheim. As a Project Lead, you will manage all project phases from initial planning (HOAI phases 1-5) through to construction supervision and final accounting (HOAI phases 6-9). Your day-to-day will involve preparing tender documents, coordinating with external engineering firms, managing grant applications, and presenting technical plans to political committees. You will also collaborate closely with various authorities and utility companies to ensure seamless infrastructure development. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in project management of infrastructure measures
  • Experience in managing HOAI service phases 1 through 9
  • Experience in preparing performance descriptions and tender documents
  • Experience in local construction site monitoring and supervision
