Job Summary

As a Secure Development Lifecycle (SDL) Expert, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-specialized control and protection systems for HVDC and FACTS converters, directly contributing to the global energy transition. You will spend approximately 70% of your time supporting development projects in implementing security requirements and relevant processes. Your responsibilities include evaluating and updating requirements based on international standards like IEC 62443 and the Cyber Resilience Act, while driving the adoption of secure development processes. You will act as a coach and moderator, fostering security awareness and knowledge transfer within an agile, multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys bridging the gap between high-level security regulations and hands-on software development in critical infrastructure. Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field of study.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in the secure development of embedded (OT) systems
  • Proven experience with security regulations and standards, specifically IEC 62443
  • Practical experience with modern software development workflows including GitLab, CI/CD, and DevOps
  • Experience in moderating complex coordination processes with multiple stakeholders and interfaces
  • Professional experience in agile development environments
