Job Summary

As a Facility Technician in Schwarzheide, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and technical facilities. Your daily activities will include monitoring technical equipment, performing minor repairs, and conducting routine maintenance tasks. You will play a key role in supporting the Real Estate unit by coordinating external service providers and tracking warranty claims for repairs. This position is ideal for a service-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on technical work and professional documentation. The role offers a stable full-time schedule in a standard day shift (07:00 to 15:30) with a competitive hourly wage of €17.00. Working within the framework of temporary employment, you will serve as a representative point of contact for clients and on-site partners, ensuring building safety and efficiency through proactive facility management.
