Job Summary
This full-time position in Frankfurt involves providing comprehensive 2nd level IT support for a renowned service provider. On a day-to-day basis, you will analyze and resolve complex hardware and software issues, manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory, and maintain standard software and hardware such as PCs and printers. You will also support network configurations including LAN, WLAN, and VPN while documenting solutions in a ticketing system. The role is ideal for service-oriented professionals with a background in customer service or call centers who enjoy technical problem-solving. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training (e.g., as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT Support, ideally within 2nd level support
- Professional experience in customer service or call center environments
- Experience in managing user accounts, rights, and groups
- Experience in documenting technical solutions and collaborating with external partners
