You will play a key role in user administration by managing accounts and permissions within Active Directory and supporting network connectivity issues involving LAN, WLAN, and VPN. Beyond troubleshooting, you will document solutions in a ticketing system and contribute to broader IT projects to optimize support processes. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in IT, such as IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration), or a comparable professional qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in IT support, specifically focused on 2nd level technical assistance
  • Practical experience in setting up workstations and managing standard software environments
  • Proven background in system administration including Active Directory and Exchange services
  • Experience in network troubleshooting and supporting remote access technologies like VPN
