Job Summary
This role at the Starnberg District Office (Landratsamt Starnberg) focuses on the structural and strategic optimization of a public administration body with approximately 600 employees. As a member of the Organization Team within the Human Resources and Administration department, you will be responsible for conducting organizational audits, determining personnel requirements, and performing job evaluations. You will act as a consultant to management on organizational structures and business processes, ensuring the administration remains efficient and future-oriented. The position involves managing external service providers, moderating workshops, and implementing change management initiatives. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or qualification for the 3rd qualification level of the Civil Service (Administration and Finance), or successful completion of the Administrative Specialist Exam II (Fachprüfung II).
