Required Skills

Education

Degree in Public Administration (Dipl.-Verwaltungswirt or Bachelor), Public Administration Informatics, Business Informatics, or completion of the Administrative Specialist training (Verwaltungsfachangestellter) with the second employee examination (II. Angestelltenprüfung).

Experience

  • Professional experience in public administration, preferably in a municipal setting of comparable size
  • Experience in the administrative support and further development of Document Management Systems
  • Proven experience in process analysis, workflow design, and document structures
  • Experience in conducting user training and coordinating with IT service providers
  • Long-term relevant experience in public administration for candidates with Business Informatics degrees
