Job Summary
As a Knowledge Manager at the State Criminal Police Office of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern (LKA MV), you will play a pivotal role in the 'Future-Proof LKA' project. Your primary mission is to mitigate knowledge loss caused by retiring personnel through the conceptualization and implementation of a digital knowledge management platform. Day-to-day, you will structure and process analytical data, manage the ongoing operation of the system within the agency's intranet, and conduct training sessions and presentations to ensure staff can effectively use the new software. This position is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys bridging the gap between technical system administration and human communication. Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or University/University of Applied Sciences degree in Information Management, Business Informatics, or Media and Communication Management.
Experience
- Professional experience in the application and administration of Knowledge Management Systems
- Demonstrated experience in data migration and information structuring
- Experience in project management using Scrum and Design Thinking methodologies
- Background in training employees on new software systems and digital tools
- Experience in system administration and maintaining digital platforms within an organizational intranet
